Cancellations on 1st LessonStudents may only cancel 2 hours before the first lesson. If a student cancels the second lesson, we may give the time slot to another student. Please stick to the agreed upon, class dates, and keep these times sacred.
Cancellations After 1st LessonAt TPS, we follow the same policy as testing centers and colleges. When you decide to book with us, you commit to 4 or 5 classes in advance. The class dates are an agreed-upon contract for both the tutor and student. These locked-in dates ensure time stability for you and the tutor. Other students cannot book the class times you have paid for in advance. Therefore, we accept NO CANCELLATIONS. If you fail to attend, the fee for that class is NON-REFUNDABLE. We allow no exceptions and consider no appeal.

Lateness of Student or TutorWe understand that sometimes you may be delayed coming back home or meeting your tutor at arranged class locations. Please contact the tutor and let him or her know of your progress. The tutor is not obligated to extend the class if you're late. Due to scheduling, in many cases, the tutor cannot add time. However, if the tutor is late, he or she must extend the class time as compensation, if you wish. If extending time is unworkable during that class, you can ask for an extension of a subsequent one.
Pre-test AssessmentYou can request a tutor provides a pre-test at the start of a course, and you can ask for a post-test at the end. Tutors administer such tests and provide subsequent, exam analysis. The test price of such simulations is no different from the teaching rate (ie $60/hr). You must book any simulated test separately.
